	I HAVE A HOME IN NEW JERSEY THAT I'M ONLY ON THE DEED NOT THE MORTGAGE. MY SOON TO BE EX-HUSBAND IS ON BOTH DEED AND MORTGAGE. SO MY QUESTION IS THIS, HE TOLD ME IN ORDER TO PREVENT FORECLOSURE HE WAS DOING A QUICK SELL AND NEEDS MY SIGNITURE WHEN IT'S DONE. WHAT IS A QUICK SELL?
