Sharing a Driveway
	How would you recommend a Homeowner's Association be set up between two homes that currently share a driveway and would like to share the maintenance of it. We both agree to depositing a monthly amount but disagree on how the account should be set up. Our neighbor would like it set up under his name and we disagree. Any suggestions?

	A homeowners association is probably much too complex, legally, for your needs. Some sort of written agreement should be enough, and I'd suggest going together to a real estate lawyer for suggestions.
