I sold my home in Louisiana a month ago. How long after the sale before I am no longer responsible for anything concerning the home?

You can be held liable only if you knew about a significant problem and deliberately failed to disclose it, or of course if you lied to the buyer.
I'm afraid I don't know how long the statute of limitations would run on that in Louisiana. If one particular item is bothering you, a quick question to a real estate lawyer should help.
