School Buying Their Home |

We are being brought out by school district (actually the city), so they can expand the school right across the street from our home. They are paying to have two independent appraisals(which will determine their offering price), they will reimburse us to have our own done. Is there any general history about how much one stands to be offered in these kind of buyout situations? We just moved in 6 months ago. Sincerly, Just moved In! |

What a pity! I hope you're offered what seems to you a fair price. In your situation, I'd have my own real estate lawyer monitoring the developments. That's the person to give you advice. Good luck! |
