Right of Way

Property for sale goes over and is used by several other family members property.
Road has been open for 15 years and there has been no problem.
I have No legal right of way . I heard I must have a
right of way in order to sell. I thought if the road had been open for that long no
right of way would be needed.

Consult a lawyer about how to record a written easement.  If I understand you right, the land being used for access belongs to other family members, so there shouldn't be much problem getting the easement signed and recorded.  It can be a pretty simple procedure.
