Quit-Claimed to Brother
  I QUIT CLAIMED MY HOME TO MY BROTHER, HE IS NOT PAYING THE TAXES. IS MY NAME STILL ON THE DEED TO THE PROPERTY
 
  If you signed a deed naming your brother as the only new owner of the property, and you had the deed entered in the county's public records office, then your brother is the sole owner and you would not be liable for the taxes.
