Parcel is Landlocked |

I want to buy a peice of property and the land is what they call landlocked . Is there a way to get an easment to enter my property . Is it something simple or something that would keep me in court for a long time. |

For that one you'd have to consult a real estate lawyer in the county where the parcel is located. No way I can judge without access to the public records and the history of the land. Sorry I can't be of help. |
