I have a house with my ex partner.
He lives in it and i have moved out.
He was paying the mortgage as I now unemployed but has now stopped.
when I mention selling the house he says he refuses to sign any paperwork because he wants me to end up blacklisted and without a peny.
How can I force him if i cant afford a lawyer? |

Call your county's Bar Association and ask where you can get free or inexpensive legal help. You have the right to force a sale of the property ("partition"). Whether that would be a good idea depends on the money figures involved. |
