Old Land Contract |

We are in the process of purchasing a property that had a previous land contract in 1991. The lady who had it is no where to be found. Since then the property was sold for cash to someone else. We would like to know how to have the broken land contract removed. If so, what would the cost intail.

Talk with a real estate lawyer about a quiet-title lawsuit, through which a court could remove the cloud on that title. |
