Needs an Attorney

In Natchez, Mississippi, there are no Real Estate attorneys. I need a lawyer, possibly in Natchez, MS to handle this issue. My question is: If a previous owner of property deeded property to a family member while living, which means that the property was automatically that person's after the owner beacme deceased but wrote in the deed that if new owner ever decided to sell the property must offer a first refusal right to another named relative but did not do so. What should the person who should have been offered the first refusal of right do about the situation if the person sold the property without doing so? I have a copy of the deed itself and a copy of the bill of sale showing where that the person sold the property. If you feel that this property could be retrieved, please refer me to an attorney that could help with this problem.
Thank you so much.

Of course there are real estate attorneys in Natchez, and at any rate, that may not be the kind you need for this particular problem.  One good way to find a real estate lawyer, by the way, is to call a couple of banks there and ask which firm handles their real estate matters.
Consider -- if you did succeed in overturning the sale and wanted to exercise that right of first refusal, you'd have to come up with the purchase money--could you do that?
Good luck.
