my mom had a mortgage on a house that her and i have the title for. she passed away, and i have bed credit so cant get it refinanced
payments are not behind what is my next step |

Lenders do not call in a mortgage when property is inherited by a family member. Check with a lawyer to make sure you now own the whole property. Then what you do now is make the payments, every month, on time. Update the insurance information, and notify the tax assessor of the change in ownership.
