Mother Passed Away
	I purchased a home 4 years ago and my Mom moved in with me. I had a life use deed drawn up for her. This past spring she passd away. Do I have to file anything else or does the house just revert back to me. I am the only name on the mortgage.

	I don't know exactly how that deed was written. It's possible nothing needs to be done now, but when someone dies, even if there's little or no estate, it's always important to consult a lawyer to make sure things are taken care of properly. Much easier than running into trouble down the line.
