Mistake in the Deed |

My husband and I bought some property last year in February. The seller's attorney is now saying that he made an error on our deed giving us the mineral rights to our property and wants to change it and give it back to the seller. The purchase agreement states that the seller gets the mineral rights. My question is does he have the right to change our deed if everything was signed in his office at closing and if we don't sign it, can we be taken to court? |
