I am interested in a home that has been abandoned. The real estate taxes have not been paid in 2 years. If I pay the taxes can I take title to the house??? |

No. It's certainly not that simple. Start by getting some professional help. A real estate broker might be interested enough in your project to do some investigating, and perhaps some negotiating for you if that's needed. A real estate lawyer can explain what would be necessary to obtain title. |
