When my husband bought our house he says that he put the family on the deed as an Inc. He put his name and mine as the main title holders and then our children, God forbid something should happen, they would all have to agree to sell the house and the money would be evenly split. We got into a spat and he told me he immediately took my name off. Can he put my name on the deed without my signature and can he remove it without my signature. |

I don't think so, but I'm not a lawyer and I haven't seen the documents. Sounds as if you may want to get your own lawyer to answer questions like that. |
