Halfway Through Lease Purchase |

We entered a lease purchase agreement to by a home. Our lease was up to 18 months as we were to start pursuing financing in the 12-18 month range. We have been in the home 7 months and my job is relocating me to Pennsylvania. The seller is saying I have to finish the lease and purchase the home. What are my rights. |

You need to talk with a lawyer as soon as possible. Your contract should contain the answers to your questions. You probably have the right to sell your contract to some other would-be buyer, who might step into the schedule where you leave off. Find a good attorney who specializes in real estate.
