	Hi, Edith; I’d like to buy this house from the extra paymentwho got this property from a tax sale. He found out the owner who lost from the tax sale still lives in the house. Is the seller responsible to evict or do I have to evict him? How do I find out? Seller's agent and my agent are not much of help

	It sounds as if you haven't yet bought that house. By all means don't do so until the matter is solved. There’s no point in paying money just to buy a problem. Anyone buying foreclosures should do so under the guidance of an attorney who specializes in real estate. If you’ve signed a purchase contract I hope it says the seller must give you occupancy the day you buy. In any event, your attorney can help you hold off until that’s possible
