Dryer Needed Repair

I just purchased a townhouse and after moving in found that the dryer did not work. It turns out that the dryer duct work was clogged and had to be taken out and replaced for a cost of 750.00. I feel that the seller was aware of this and did not disclose the information on the seller disclosure. Also my home inspector did not catch the problem. Is there anything I can do?

The amount you mention is just right for small claims court, where you can represent yourself at little cost..  I can't judge whether the home inspector is liable, but you could try the seller first.  What you want to prove is that the seller knew about the problem and did not disclose it.  Good luck!
