Does Ex-Husband Sign?

I filed for a divorce because of verbal abuse...I put my house up for sale last week....I bought the home two years before we were married...does my soon to be exhusband need to be at the closing? does he need to sign the listing agreement and the contract to sell the home? If I wait until the divorce is final...afterward I put my house up for sell...Is it necessary for him to sign anything? Please help

If that house is completely in your name, you're the only owner, nothing was changed after you were married, I don't see why your ex would need to sign a listing or sale contract on it. But if your eventual buyer objects, then it's time to consult a lawyer to find out where you stand.
