Deed Restrictions |

I have two 10 acre tracts. I am selling one and building on the other. I want to put deed restrictions on the one I am selling. Do I do that now or at closing? |

The restrictions will be listed in the deed itself when you pass title to the new owner, but of course you'll let prospective buyers know what you intend. You should be consulting a lawyer as to the exact procedures, and what limits there may be on what you plan. |
