	What is involved in setting up a deed or trust contract between a buyer & seller of real estate?

	Sounds to me as if you don't even know enough about the situation to ask the question. You'd better work through a lawyer, or at least through a real estate broker. Or if you want to write in more detail, perhaps I can give you more advice once I know just what it is you're trying to do.
