Condo Conversion
  We would like to buy a 2 family with friends and then seperate them into condos. How do you calculate percentage of cost before you condo-ize them? What extra costs are there to condo-ize them?

Condominium conversion can be a complicated matter, local regulations differ, and you need to discuss the project with a real estate lawyer.  I'm going to have to pass on this one.
