Co-owner Can't be Found
  Both my name and the name of my stepdaughter are on the deeds to my house and empty lot. She left this city ten years ago and I've no idea where she is. Will that allow me to sell these properties?
 
  You may have to go to court and ask that a cloud on the title be removed.  Better consult your own attorney.
