Adding Wife's Name |

Hi,
I bought a condo in Feb 2004. After that I got married in Nov 2005. I want to transfer the ownership of the condo and create a joint ownership in my wife and my name. How do I do that?

Easy. Just sign a new deed naming the two of you as co-owners. Sign it, get signature notarized, have it entered in the public records. A lawyer can help make sure it's in proper form, not an expensive service. |
