I recently purchased a home. A few months later I added by fiance's name to the title by using the quit claim deed option. He now wants money out of the property, but deos not want to be financially responsible and does not want to quit claim his part of the property back to me. How can I refinance the property? |

You can't take back a gift if he doesn't want to sign his share back to you. And you can't place a different mortgage unless all owners will sign the note, promising to be personally responsible for the whole debt. |
