New Investor

I am a (newbie) RE Investor and considering buying rental properties. Should i put them in a trust, form an LLC, Inc. or just put them in my name? What is the best here in amarillo texas or could you refer me to someone who could help?

A new real estate investor needs to line up three professionals at the very start:  a good real estate broker who is interested in your project, a CPA with experience in real estate work, and a lawyer who specializes in real estate.  The last two will be excellent sources of advice about the form in which you should hold your properties.
As with so many other real estate matters, there's no one right way to go.  You need to talk with professionals who can know more about your whole situation and your needs than I do.
If you find a good real estate broker, he or she can probably suggest the names of several accountants and lawyers who are experienced in the field.
