Neighborhood Turning Rental
  I live in a golf course community. If some houses in my neighborhood become rentals will my home's value be affected?
 
  The usual wisdom is that too many rentals in a development tend to depress values.  But the real estate market is so different today that some of the old rules don't hold any more.  Sorry I can't be more help.
