I own a small undevelope land south of Groveland.Would like to lease out property.How should i start.Thank you,God Bless. |

You don't say what you think someone would want to use the rented land for and thinking about that would be your first step. Finding out how much similar land is renting for is a good next step. If I were you, I'd talk with real estate brokers in nearby towns, asking them for advice. |
