How to Invest |

Which would be a better way to invest. Funds with yeilds of approx 7% or buying rental property? |

As so often, the answer is "it all depends." For starters, with mutual funds you just buy, hold, sell. With rental property you do a lot of work. And you need to buy right, learn how to be a landlord, fix faucet washers, choose tenants carefully, keep accurate books, involve an accountant and a lawyer. Sounds to me as if you might be better off with funds. |
