  Dear Ms. Lank: I would like to start my own business where I acquire property and sell it either by rent-to-own or lease-purchase.I enjoy finance and also would like to help others get in a home of their own.Can you give me any insight as to how I can get started in this?
 
 

Go to a book store or the library and study books on real estate investment.Find a real estate broker who is ready to help with your project.Line up your own accountant and lawyer.And good luck.
