Is it a good idea to build a new home on a lot in order to sell the property given this environment and the costs involved? |

Here are a few of the things I'd need to know to answer your question: How valuable is the lot? How much would it cost to build the house? What are similar properties in the neighborhood selling for? What is your financial situation? How would you finance the purchase? Do you have construction experience? ...and a few other things. So I guess I'll have to pass on this one. You can get better advice from local real estate brokers, or from a qualified appraiser who can analyze the proposal for you. |
