What's Dewinterization

That's hardly a technical term but I imagine it's used for the process of getting a vacation cottage ready for summer use at the start of the season. It might involve things like opening shutters, turning on the main water valve, flushing winter antifreeze out of toilets, opening fireplace dampers and the like.
