I have an older farm house and am thinking of turning one of the 4 bedrooms into a master bath. Will we lose value by losing a bedroom. At this time we have 1 & 1/2 baths |

I don't know your market, the value of your property, what the area is like. Who does know is a local real estate broker. You should feel free to call more than one brokerage company and discuss the matter over the phone. Agents are used to giving free advice.
That's if you're concerned with selling within the next few years. Otherwise, it's probably best just to go ahead and do whatever you would enjoy for your own use of the property. |
