Adding an Arizona Room |

Does adding an arizona room add square footage to an existing house, how about an additional guest house or shop/garage? |

From here in Upstate New York I have to say I've never heard of an Arizona room, though I have heard of FLorida rooms... appraisers' standards usually are that it counts as square footage if it's enclosed space with permanent heating, high enough to stand up in if it's in an attic, with windows big enough for firefighters to enter if it's below grade. That's about all I can tell you. Call a nearby real estate company and ask what they say; local brokers will know better what you're talking about. |
