Adding a Hot Tub |

We are remodling our home to sell. We have a extra room have the back porch at is not a big room but we are thinking of making it a spa room with a hot tub. making it really nice to set us apart from the other homes available in our area. Will we get that investment back when we sell the house? |

There's almost no improvement that's sure to increase the value of your house by the amount you spent. But there's no way to answer your question because I don't know average prices in your area and how your home compares with its neighbors. You can get better advice by calling local real estate brokerages and asking for opinions.
If you're planning to stay in the property for some years, my advice is to make improvements for your own satisfaction, without thinking of them as investments. |
