Homeowner Association Fees

can a hoa company forclose on my property for late fee and interest fees not paid?

The Homeowners Association can go to court and ask for a judgment ordering you to pay the money due.  If the judge grants it, they can then place the judgment as a lien against your unit.  After that they could start a foreclosure action, just as a mortgage company could.
