	I am a waitress and have been so for many years. I have excellent credit but my husbands is only fair. My hourly wage is $4.85 witch is New York state serving rate. I work for tips. Is it possible to get approved for a mortgage being a waitress?

	The mortgage lender will want to see the past two income tax returns. That's what they'll go by. The fact that you are a career waitress shouldn't be a problem.
