Wood Rotted at Door

Does Florida law require wood rot at bottom (both sides) of door facing to be replaced before selling a home? The wood rot was found during the home inspection.

I haven't seen the condition of the property, I don't know whether local law requires a Certificate of Occupancy inspection when there's a transfer of ownership, or whether the lender's appraiser might require a repair before making a mortgage loan.  Sorry I can't be of help.
