We might be selling upon retirement in another
5 years or so. The 2 story Salt Box home is 34 yrs old with the original 17 Pella windows plus bay. If we can only do one major project would a new home owner prefer to have all new energy efficient windows or a small bath added on to master bedroom which would make bedroom smaller??
It's a 3 bedroom home with 1 and 1/2 baths??

It won't obligate you a bit to call nearby real estate brokers (look at yard signs to see which are active in your neighborhood) and ask for advice. They will know more about buyers' expectations in your location than I can. |
