Will Shrubs Help? |
| |
 |
My mother is sellling her home. She agreed to remove overgrown shrubs that divide the neighbors property with hers under the agreement they would plant new shrubs. A year has gone by and the properties can be fully veiwed by both neighbors--no privacy. The neighbors have 4 dogs that are now using her lawn as their toilet and the husband says he likes the openness and doesn't want to plant anything. We are wondering if we should plant a row of shrubs to indicate the property line as an investment toward selling her home? |

If your mother is already using a real estate broker, that's the person to ask. If she isn't, call a few nearby brokerages and ask for some free advice. They know the area and they can judge much better than I can, whether it's worth the investment for an easier or more profitable sale. |
