Why the Bank Fees?
  Why does bank charge an underwriting fee along with a processing fee and an application fee? I feel as if my pockets are being picked at the closing.
 
  An application fee is pretty standard.  Beyond that, I'm told that some people have had luck protesting all those nuisance fees.  It's worth a try.  Let me know what happens; I'm interested.
