My home is listed and another selling sales agent showed my home.....in the process, they tracked dirt/grease throughout my new living room/family room carpet....The realtor admitted it was her client, however neither lister or selling agent want to be accountable. Who is? |

I'm sorry to hear that the agent who brought that client in won't take responsibility for cleaning the carpet. I think he or she should. You can certainly call the managing broker in that company and lodge a complaint. I'm sorry your own agent won't get involved. You may want to call the supervisor in that firm also. Let me know what they say; I'm interested. |
