Who Gets the Contract
	Hello. Could you tell me who gets the originals in a real estate transaction? Does the buyer get the original copy of the purchase and sale?

	The law in my state, and I'd guess in all of them, says that whoever signs the document is entitled to a duplicate original. It should be "sign both copies and when I get the other signature, you'll have one copy."
