Which to Buy |

We have a choice to make between 2 houses. The one we love is 2 story on a corner lot at the beginning of the subdivision so the back is on the road, but .5 acre so it's off the road a good ways. The other is a ranch, not as stunning, on a 1.25 acre lot with a railroad track in the back yard. Which do we chose for resale value? Either is not great, which one is worse? A ranch brings more money, but we love/want the 2 story on the road. |

If you think you're going to be there for more than a couple of years, by all means buy the one you really love. Your own home should be a matter for enjoyment, not primarilly investment. |
