i want to be in real estate business how do i start ? i am 23 years old & the only capital i have is a dream. i need to know everything(selling.buying.mortgage.investing.tax & lawyer) |

Start by getting a good basic introduction to the field of real estate. You can find that in the course of study your state requires for beginning agents. It doesn't sound as if you're looking for a license, but just the same, you'll end up with just the background you need. Not a minute of the course will be wasted. You can inquire at any brokerage, to find out where classes are offered. Good luck! |
