I want to buy 1.3 acres of land that is selling for
$ 23,000.00 but when I checked the market valued of the property it is only $ 15,000.00 why the big diference and what will be the right offer in cash? |

If you mean you checked the tax appraised value, that figure should never be considered an exact guide to present market value. It's used for tax purposes and may not reflect current conditions. As for the right offer -- I don't know if you can find similar parcels and see what other buyers have been paying in that area. I don't know how anxious the seller is for a deal. I don't know what else you looked at and how much is being asked for it. So I am afraid I can't advise on how much to offer. |
