How do you determine who is the top realty firm in your area? We are ready to sell and want to list our home with the top agency in our area. |

You want the company that's doing the most business in your immediate area, not necessarily the biggest firm in town. Drive around the neighborhood, and other nearby areas that are comparable to yours, and note which firms seem to have the most "for sale" signs. You'll do well with a brokerage that seems to specialize in your neighborhood and your price range. |
