I owe $70,000 on a house and need to get out from it complety. don't need money to relocate, as am moving in with mom. don't have alot of money ,or time to fix up house, just want out of it asap. what should i do? |

Look at 'for sale' signs in your neighborhood, take down the phone numbers. Call three different companies and ask them to send someone over to give you advice. They will tell you what they think your house is worth (I hope it's more than $70,000) and you can then put it on the market with the agent you feel most comfortable with. As you want a quick sale, set an asking price that's a bit below the agents' estimate of value, so you'll attract buyers immediately. |
