Using a Broker
	I am ready to sell my home and I need to know if I should use a Realator Company, or would it just be better to use a Realestate Attorney.

	I can think of two good reasons to use a broker instead of an attorney: attorneys aren't experienced or trained to sell houses, and probably wouldn't even try, and attorneys charge by the hour, and they charge a lot.
