Upset with Agent |

I bought a house and the realtor hasnt taken the key box off the door. Can I take it off myself? If I can what shall I do with it? Also there are some things that arent right with the house. Who can I call to get some action from the realtor? She has promised to fix somethings but shes been dragging her feet for over 3 weeks. She has lied to us and were tired of it. Who can we complian to to get some work out of her? |

Call the office and talk with your agent's supervising broker. You have every right to remove the lockbox -- just put it away somewhere. I hope you got those promises in writing. Good luck. |
